Studio 21 offers on-approval loans of art works to our clients so that you can try art for up to a week in your home or office, with no obligation. All we require is a credit card for security.

Lease to Purchase

Studio 21’s entire inventory priced over $1,000 is available with lease-to-purchase financing. As an example: a $5,000 purchase can cost less than $200 per month over 3 years. This is a perfect solution for small and large businesses, as well as individuals. Business lease payments are 100% deductible and conserve capital for other expenses. If You Aren’t in Halifax

Studio 21 is in Halifax; but many of our clients aren’t. We are very familiar with packing and shipping to all parts of Canada and internationally. For our US clients, the Canadian dollar makes our artists’ work very affordable right now. When we ship artwork, it is fully insured until it reaches the client.

Installation

Studio 21 offers a professional artwork installation service in private homes, businesses or public spaces. We will help you decide where a piece can best be displayed and install any kind of artwork.

Custom Framing

Studio 21 provides custom framing services to clients. The choice of whether to frame and how to frame an artwork often requires professional advice. Studio 21 can advise you on the options available and arrange museum standard framing through our longstanding suppliers.

We will work with you to find the perfect design to enhance your artwork within a budget you are comfortable with.

If you have made an investment on an original piece of artwork it is important to ensure it is properly protected. We can advise you on the different types of glass, mat boards and moulding designs.

Gallery Venue Rental

With the gallery’s high design, remarkable flexibility and outstanding Canadian contemporary art, it is the perfect space for intimate gatherings, private celebrations and corporate receptions looking to bring that something special to an event. We have hosted sit-down full course meals, charity art auctions, government media announcements, client appreciation receptions, and staff team-building evenings.

We also offer to tailor our unique in-house event Studio 21 ART + WINE for your guests.

The gallery is a commercial art space five days a week. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday – Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The rental rates depend on the date and length of your event. To discuss rental opportunities contact us directly.
